Promises Auction Friday 30 March 2012
We are having another “Promises Auction” in Arnesby Village Hall at 6.30 pm on Friday 30th March. The profits will be divided between
- Arnesby Village Hall (A new store is planned)
- Arnesby Baptist Church (Conference Centre refurbishment)
- St Peter’s Church (interior stonework repairs)
- the LOROS Manor Croft day centre in Knighton.
Please take some time to consider what you could offer for Auction on 30th March. Your Promises will be collected on Tuesday 28th Feb. or Thursday 1st March. Alternatively they can be given to Brian or Sue Spriggs, Cambridge House, South Close. A list of Promises will be distributed to Arnesby residents, others may ask Sue Spriggs (0116 2478559) for a copy.
If you cannot come to the Village Hall on 30th March, then fill in the “Postal bidding form” with your bids and the maximum that you are prepared to spend for each item and return it to Cambridge House, South Close by Tuesday 27th March.
The evening will include a free buffet supper. Please bring your own drinks and cheque book!
